Well... afford put in must be triple and thousand "emotional unstable conditions" happened and still happening as far as the mission did not complete yet because it is what a huge project and huge responsibilities man... I really can not imaging that such a big event which would involved a lot of parties and a lot of human resources and yet in such a short time given, Bravo Chair person... Gua caya Lu lor. Well... my organization is running Research's Week from 26, 27 to 28/11/2019 and I was just completed my missions by today (27/11/2019) from 2.30pm to 3.35pm which content was consisted as below: 1. Sharing two article that I had presented before the Research Week  2. Promote one journal which owned by my organization. 3. Promote one regional research center to faculty. Participants were around 45 of them but poor responses from own admin or colleagues per se. So, the actual target audiences were not attended and messages were not reach to the top management or even own colleagues. The moral of story is that there is not  be appreciated much with the helps that I offered to get the succeed of Research Week conducted and these mean that either the timing is not right or/ nor the responses that aims to be researchers are still poor or low rate.

GPA = Grade Point Average  What if the one's GPA = 4.00, it means Excellence achievement in one's study, right? First semester result of my eldest in University. I feel very great and glad on his achievement and I congrats him, I huge him and I say Good boy to him. We need moderate leaders in this lovely multiracial country because we are such a country full with varies and various cultural, religions and believes as well as spoken languages. Undone Stuffs are those undone or the next agendas that could be done by someone... but we always have undone so the next questions is how are we going to complete them...? Matlamat Pengajaran - Pembelajaran (P & P)  Pengajaran - Pihak yang akan menyampaikan ilmu atau sesuatu kepada pihak satu lagi. Fren, ´ Wellness = refers to quality of life, a general satisfaction in all of the areas of an individual’s life, including aesthetic, cultural, educational, economic, emotional, environmental, mental, physical, relational & spiritual ( Nardi & Petr, 2003). Salam, Hari ini (9/4/2019 - hari Selasa) pagi pada pukul 9.45 sehingga pukul 10.20 pagi adalah merupakan slot "Shooting" saya untuk mempromosi organisasi saya di arena penyelidikan dan pendidikan ke arah  Inovasi Prestasi bersama krew RTM yang berkampung di Gymnasium. Atas usaha tungkus lumus dan kerjasama yang baik bersama krew RTM maka saya habis- habis mempromosi akan kelebihan - kelebihan atau kemampuan pakar- pakar yang berada di tempat kareer saya serta sempat habis shooting on time tanpa bunyi "CUT" daripada tuan pengarah shooting pagi ini. Kali pertama saya di "Make up" oleh pemake up RTM, kali pertama di depan kamera dan kali pertama memberi hujah tanpa rujukan skrip mengenai hasil dapatan penyelidikan saya. Saya tidak gementar atau tidak gagap- gagap atau kekok di depan kamera? Reading is actually the most enjoy thing on this earth my frens? By the time you read, you would think and you might imagine or you gained whatsoever you read and then you may wanted analyze them as well... then by the moment you really feel satisfy... time passed so fast. Well... whatever you feel you like to read either those are related to your career, your job, your serious stuffs or just only for fun or self-enrichment will do man, my frens. Read for fun means you just read your interested topics or titles with no intention to stress yourself but perhaps, you intend to make yourself happy or smiling all the way until time called up. Well... by the way, if you wanted to read your serious stuff then you needed more time to think, to analysis and to make sense out of the book that was written for, ok? Good day, I was conducting one simple talk with my colleagues with title of Dare to Publish solely to encourage my colleagues to make the first move or first step in writing their journal's article and promoting them to send for publication. It was held at Computer Lab 2 of my organization and there were 8 participants attended because other were busy with their own commitments somewhere else and it was alright to me because it was initiative make by my  immediate boss as her KPI and my intention was to contribute my knowledge in journal article's writing back for betterment of my organization and end up with fair mode. Well... in the talk gave me chance to promote MJSSR, encouraging involvement of my colleagues in MJSSR and perhaps to promote my abilities and capabilities as well. Hi Fren, After obtained my Assoc. Prof, I was conducting first ever talk with a big groups post graduates students or Master degree students from Universitas Semarang Postgraduates at Dewan Serbaguna FSPPP UiTM Shh Alam and about 80 of them to listen to my talk of the year man - 4th Dec 2018. The talk gave me chance to promote Malaysian Journal of Sport Science and Recreation (MJSSR) as well as myself about my contribution to my organization.  On top of that, I was the panel for their proposal presentation's  slot and I did comment on two papers but they are doing more on action research instead of foundamental study so I ended up with appreciation and thanks to organizing committee as well as participants.

Well... in order to be promoted then the 2nd part of the requirement was emphasizing on the candidate's contribution in: Research works by candidate liked:  Publication and conferences attended right from International, nationally and indexes journal publication mostly considered with evidences provided; Publication of chapters in books; Proceeding articles with ISSN stated as well as publication of  Academic Modul  that recognized by University's board; Roles in editorial board or reviewer for journals; Roles play at conferences liked chairperson for certain section or session as well; Committee's membership at conferences by the candidate. Well ... Frens, 2019 is now freshly on and so new objectives or mission supposedly set in mind of every single person so plan to executing the plan is ever ready right now, frens?
