Fren, What's up fren? How man, my fren? 2014 is calling off and it is gone by gone, how is everything going on thru out the year? Time to recall and to look as well as to plan for coming 2015 - the first day of 2015 right in front of our corner, right?  Personally, I achieved 101% with my self target for 2014 so I am happy and I am peaceful mind as well as I am healthy body ok? Yeah yeah yeah and thanks to many parties and all I know is great life and great achievements make some one feel so good, this is for sure my fren. Next, will be 2015 plan and mind set to go go go in order to be better, to be good or to be the best in own self life per se. Anyhow, I wish every body will be the best in own life as well as the whole nation to be harmonies, stable and move forward right from socio-economic as well as MAN is concerned. Bye 2014 and welcome 2015!

Well, frens, Happy or be serious for year 2015? Well, 2014 is really air disasters and unfortunate incidences happened everywhere and anywhere especially to my nation or my country- Malaysia. It is really sad somberly situation to nation air transport so what to do... pray for the betterment and wishing all victims or relatives must be strong spiritually as well as flooded victims as well. Pray , pray to individuals' belief or your own God so that our life goes on with peaceful mind and soul for the coming 2015 but yet there were groups of uncivilized people still hopping for unfairness or racist in our own nation in order to fulfill their own self agendas per se... what man? ... think , think and think for the benefits of all and not for one's self only, please my frens. Last but not least, shall we happy or be serious for coming 2015? Yeah yeah yeah.

Fren, As far as survival is concerned, move forward man and  move to forward in order to solve whatsoever problems faced. "Fight" or "flight" and flee away could be considered as one of the ways in solving problem as well my friend ha ha ha so move forward friend to see and to face our entire life.  Move forward with greatly enthusiastic  and let's move forward with readiness to sail this journal of life then... what would happened or what would be the outcome ... let's see yeah. 

Fren, Experience in supervision with post graduates candidates are slightly different compare with supervising undergraduate especially in term of process or stages but yet there are similarities which I could not deny it because they are supervisors as well . Any how, hereby there are some points which make differences are: 1) Beside internal examiners been appointed and there are external examiners who would determine the outcome of the one's supervision. 2) Skills in methodology of thesis or supervising been examining by external Professors or senior post candidates as well. 3) Grade given by external and internal examiners were playing a significance impact to the candidates' outcome. 4) Papers preparation in passing out from the post graduates' office also much more in this stage. 5) Timing in this case also played important roles as well as appointment of external examiner/s much  harder in term of expert of the area. Fren, I am happy and I am satisfy with my self supervision method or ways because I had just got to know that my students were passed out their viva - my two post graduate candidates. One for master degree (Local- bumiputra) and the other one was PhD candidate who is from Libya.  They were full thesis candidates who were with me for 3 to 4 years long togetherness time to go through their academic journey in my organization and they were happy of course and they were appreciated my guidance as well.  They came to me to say thank you very much and these make me as a teacher who feel very happy for life or at least the whole day, man!! As far as appreciation is concerned, I appreciated their effort to hug me or shake hand to say thank you to me as their supervisor and this is the actual intention of me to graduate myself as PhD holder in my higher educational institution  as a teacher from my past long life experience in my own self studied University. I would like to grab

Fren, Retired from official duty but not really retired of a life, right? yeah yeah yeah. Look and observed  at my friend who retired from his office and at the moment of his retirement's welfare, he looked so tire and weak in physically by the age of 60 years old then and to him he had actually serviced to our government for around 36 years ago since then... Well, just to reminding - keep your self fit in order to enjoy your retirement for the rest of your time and try to be active physically as well as mentally so that you could captured meaningful retirement at the end of the day, right? Bye.

Fren, The concept of Slow and Steady , win the game was outdated and  could not be used anymore my friends, right? In this era of globalization, the trend is every thing must do it fast, fast and fast without really and seriously come to concern and consider about the implication of the act for future so what is the purpose of fast but failure all the time or the impact of it? Well, I still uphold to the slow and steady + full swing of effort at the moment and make sure the plan is implemented and consequences are minimum as possible and than celebrated it by heart ok my friends. 

Fren, Life is wonderful if you think it is and if you react on it with positive, progressive and consistently but of course you have to have very clear mind set and clear life objective/s along the way to face what is life to yourself and not others okay?  Life is wonderful if everybody knows their own roles and practices in their daily activities and in order to feel good and react good will or deed perhaps they do not try to be funny with others life or mind your own life okay? ha ha ha 

Fren, Simbolik untuk menyeru orang ramai khasnya penghuni - penghuni dalam sesuatu organisasi  supaya menjaga kesihatan diri dan turut  menyihatkan badan diri khususnya iaitu melalui jalan kaki. Jom Jalan Kaki ooi! Ianya hanya setakat suatu gerakan melangkah demi selangkah ke hala depan dan membawa badan turut ke arah depan , sebegitulah lokomotor seterusnya dan  senaman ini yang bergelar Jalan Kaki namun kena ada suatu jarak berjalan supaya berpeluh ok. Program Jom Jalan Kaki cuma tanda untuk membangkit kesedaran swemua pihak tak kira bangsa, agama, jantina mahupun umur selagi nak hidup sihat Jom Jalan kaki ooi.

Fren, Terkandas maksudnya gagal dilakukan tanpa disengajakan, di luar dogaan atau dogaan mahupun di luar kehendak diri namun kalau kerja yang dipertanggungjawabkan itu tak dibuat dan sengaja tak nak ikut atau tak nak buat eloknya oleh Si Polan--- terkandas, boleh tak terkandas ini dibolehpakaikan tak fren? Terkandas, perkataan yang sesuai digunapakai setelah berusaha bersungguh- sungguh namun tak menjadi akhirnya maka terkandas le namanya. Yeah yeah yeah. Tak paham tak paham dan tak paham tak ape le.

Fren, Study, study should be fun and relax because now a day, there are many mode of studies like - full time, part time, e- learning or Out campus as well but actually it turned to be no joke at all now Why? and what happened? it is because man is the one who puts in or added in more and more hurdles to the whole process of study or learning. Perhaps, I would like to ask, what actually is the outcome or end result of one's study? Well, who could answer this question or doubtful phenomena now a day? Certificate sake or knowledge sake or money sake  and what...? Oop wrong number my fren.

Well, fren, As far as year 2014, this October is just passed few days  ago  and  to me, personally I feel that it is still brand new to me for every single day of October or coming days and I am working out all the best to strike for one day's event okay! Just do it and without limited yourself in the norm ok? Fren, we are actually living for every single day only and does it sounds "sad" or "negative" to you, my friend? However, let see and think about it ok? You see, we are actually do not know what will happen to us for next moment so how to know that we have tomorrow to come yeah...and that's why let us do the right thing and do things right for every day and every moment while still alive with our love one or whole community ok my fren?

Well, how is everything and how are you right now?  Fulfillment, satisfaction and happy days or other way like: Sad, boredom and emptiness life, my friends for this moment or time, man?  Next, what will be the next and how or what you plan to achieve or perform next, my friend? Fren, Well, are you happy with what you so call life presently? I feel happy life in this move now because as far as life stuffs are concerned, they are all under my "control", stable and happiness or even some events that unsuspected happened. You see, I actually just gave a try to take part in one of the academic or industries' linkages competition within my working organization and which I did not expect to get approval or "green light" so fast because it cost some token to involve it from my working office in order to enroll it  ....see surprisingly my superior  was very supportive and ... settled the enrollment  in one day time and now is the time that I have to work it out for the competition in coming October. Moreover, frankly speaking, this trial is actually with the intention of promoting or to put my working office into the big organization as a whole entity and I had actually worked out somethings beforehand than nothing so I just organize

Fren, While we are going to celebrate one "big" day like Malaysia Day on 16th of September every year beside Merdeka Day on 31st of August every year... the question that I would like to rise up is the meaning or the moral  of the story about the Day ...? okay! After Merdeka then is the Malaysia Day, this is one of meaningful days where we all rakyat Malaysia included East Malaysia friends united and together we stride for betterment of Malaysia, our nation, our country to live and to move forwards too my fren. Last but not least, I am sincerely wishing all Malaysia are Merdeka , Merdeka and Satu Malaysia.

Fren, Time passed, things changes ... change for betterment or else...well, nothing to be so worry perhaps it is common because things change every single day or single moment my fren, right? Well, what i found out this year about the moon cake festival celebration party was not as gland as before. Why? Why and tell me why?  Economy down fall? Memories of man down fall? or restriction  enforcement ? or what... what happened, man? Yeah yeah yeah.

Fren, What you want? what you want some more? Yeh... peaceful life? ... well paid job? ...good friends?... good life?... or what is life?...? or...? Fren, Hari kebebasan daripada jajahan British dah hampir sampai ke depan pintu setiap orang rakyat Malaysia iaitu lebih tepat iaitu pada 31 haribulan, Ogos 2014 betul kan ? Soal saya ialah-- bebas tak diri mu daripada belenggu "hutang" - hutang budi; hutang duit ringgit dan hutang pandangan mahupun hutang "individual right"? ; hutang takut tak menentu; hutang entah apa- apa sj? Merdeka, merdeka dan merdeka le manusia Malaysia! Nama sahaja merdeka tak berpatutan tetapi hendaklah betul- betul merdeka fren?!!

Fren, Pan Asian Society of Sports and Physical Education or PASSPE - South East Asia Chapter  which was materialized by my boss and the coordinator was nickname of Young man since 2011 and this year 2014 on 12th of August - there was one day visit from PASSPE - Asia chapter - leaded by Prof Jolee with other professors from varies university of South Korea to my organization. Well, programme planned and ran according to whatever scheduled with successfully and sweet memories as well. This event mainly to introduce the networking professors of PASSPE to have further collaborate or global linkages with the organization I attached since 2001 ok. I hope this event will make some collaboration happen within and between and I would like to thank to many parties right form the top management members till even the transportation conductor. At the same time interaction between many parties make my organization betterment for coming days or events.

Fren, Well, holidays just over but the raya mood still around so I would like to update about 9D- 9 days trip; 3H - 3 Hotels we stayed and 10is - 10 islands we hopping for the past vacation yeah ...my child and I were with many other members as well in this trip to oversea ...man. Wonderful trip and interesting happenings with full of photos to keep the sweet memories over there (Thai - cup) yeah yeah yeah - Nescaffe cup....and we are really enjoying the scenery and the togetherness oversea yup. Hot, tire but relaxing and sweet memories ok.

Fren, When people ask you : What else you want? means that you are actually obtained what you supposed to get and you are asking somemore without limit or too greedy, am I right? What else you want? - Whole cake? all profits? monetory? bank? power? women? men? or what ? Well, please be fair to others because you could not own the whole world and you would be able to get or to cotrol everyone even in a small portion in the reality life my fren. Fren, How about a person voiced out like: When the time to work is actually the time to enjoy the life? Well. you see, this is good and this is wonderful, right? Personally, the person said this statement means he or she is really achieved his/ hers ambition of life and the work is really profession.  In reality, it is not as simple as a person thought but basically there is no doubt that it could happened to someone perhaps everyone could feel it but need to be clear or focus to whatsoever you want it in your entitle life. Why not make it as in reality world by the very first step to go and enjoying whatever you choose to be then... ok... you enjoy what you do (your choice) ok.Yeah

Fren, After long 9 years of battle and I reached victory at the ending of long 9 years, now after 3 years duration taken up to  really make my living style stable and even progressively improving self with whatsoever I have with my children and my home sweet home, ok? Well, now I smile with heart and I have wonderful life and career as well so that I could smile with full heart without regretted to my decision made as well as handling family stuffs. I carry on my duties as my children's parental, as their old friend, as their counselor  and of course as their banker yeah! I am in a very stable stage of  my career with some FOC posts and I really workout sincerely to get missions done for the betterment of my servicing organization and I never ever regretted to what I had done perhaps I feel glad and great ok.

Fren, Listen to our own view, mind and heart is always the way to do or to solve our own problem unless you have own consultant or friend who is really "intimate" or understanding you, right?  However, other people's view could be fine with the own self reviewing and justify with evidences as well because normally, individualism according the individual's view of point may cause you under stressful or tension life if the one's too dependence on other people's opinions. Moreover, one's definitely needs friend to be around and seem the one's spouse could be the friend but normally is not true because once a couple marriage and become not a good listener ok, right?

Fren, Common, common is this the term that used to someone who likes to criticize other without any basis ... common le... common sense is no more common nowadays okay so there is not common anymore when someone wants to comment on someone else, my fren.  Watch out what you are going to comment or criticizing on even though is so call your good friend because anything could be twisted and turn unfriendly or thread to you when it is not in the right time or moment ok. Fren, Relax and sabar bila menghadapi cabaran dan dugaan ok. Ini le yang selalu saya sebut- sebut, kena banyak bersabar kawan- kawan.. Kesabaran kan kehendak oleh ajaran agama - apa- apa sahaja agama selain daripada nereka yang fanatik atau ekstrem sj. Fren, Mungkin saya ini risau tak menentu gut? Risau 1: anak muda sekarang tak sudi menerima teguran "orang lama" yang lebih berpengalaman itu dengan hati yang rela hati. Risau 2: teguran yang sepatutnya positif boleh diinterpretkan sebagai kutukan dan yang negatif. Risau 3: hati sebagai seorang pendidik turut dipertikaikan objektif apa itu pembelajaran sebenar. Fren, Convo - means graduation day or  as a big moment for those involved, definitely there are an official event and it involved all protocol as well as procedures in order to pass out a group of graduates into the job market with the phenomena of ether they are as fresh graduates, promotion waited for those mature graduates or even for self satisfactory's candidates as far as  lifelong learning is concerned. Thus, the ceremony could be the same scenario but different institutions. Well, when come to emotional thoughts among all graduates in the particular huge hall could be much different from one to the others and in the moment, my concerned is what happen after the convo? Where will they ahead or look for and how much they could contribute to the nation in term of high employable graduates rates or fall into unemployable / jobless and increasingly the rate throughout the nation? yeah yeah yeah...  Last but not the least, I always hope and always pray for the best to

I know, there are many constraints like age factor, environment factors and human factor but as far as proactive attitude is concerned, I got what I wanted at last but it could be a bit late than others ot may be too late but to me it is rather than did not try it out, ok? Fren, Kira sangat, kira sungguh dan kira tak habis- habis le... apa dia? ia ke? Apa taknya, kira sangat itu kalu tak boleh memberi kebebasan sikit untuk sesebuah negara dengan rakyat negaranya untuk menguasai lebih atau dua bahasa dan multi budaya yang lain daripada apa yang ada pada pegangan si polan tu, bukan ke kira sangat ? Fren, Anak tumpang atau kuok ker dalam bahasa lain. Kami terasa seolah- olah kami macam anak tumpang di tanah air sendiri. Kami dilahir di sini, dibesarkan di tanah mulia serta kesayanagn  ini dan kami mendapat pendidikan atau pelajaran dalam sistem yang sama  namun senantiasa berombak mengikut kesukaan menteri - menteri pelajaran yang dilantik tanpa berpokokkan apa- apa asas atau tanpa kesinambungan pada kakikatnya. Kami sentiasa dan boleh bila - bila i, ditegur serta dilambung tinggi suara untuk menghalau kami keluar dari negara dan disuruh mentah- mentah balik negara "asal" maka di mana negara asal kami? Negara dipijak oleh kami sekarang ini le ok. Yang menghalau pun tak erti apa- apa cuma ingin menjadi "hero" sesuatu pihak je. Anak tumpang, apa nasib generasi masa akan datanf... entah le. apa nak jadi, jadilah asalkan Tuhan yang tahu apa akan jadi pada anak tumpangNya.

Fren, Time to think? Is this means that all the time our people without thinking? No, the answer is no no no but sincerely to say it :Time to think it seriously... think what? what to think about my fren? Well, think about our nation's social institutional ; nation educational policies and even our nation security institutional for the sake of whole nation peacefulness because recently there are seriousness of intolerance; insensitivity; cruel ideas; egotism; and well... Where is our nation wish to ahead? Why not put all afford to workout how to upgrade the nation GDP by not the action of taxing people only? Workout with all resources we have in the multi-capacity; abilities and availability to attract foreign investors or be our own products creators to export oversea instead of import goods only ... but fist thing come first, of cause our nation must make sure that  internally we are peaceful to stay and to live without any suspicious among people around, without fail

Fren, Everyone has his own's wish, own mission or vision but it is not everyone being workout to materialize own wish because there is no need for it. Why? it is because everyone life is good and easy to go so what to workout ? Cheating and dishonesty been showed by people who are very new or very junior in the field or studies in local HEI now a day because these people are daring to sign the attention on behalf of other parties where the "Sifu" was around, well... you see... what type of man is this, my fren? Junior with the status like first timer and they already learned this trick from someone or they themselves are unethical or dishonest per se , what's wrong with our education or what's wrong with our social because it is like phenomena happened all the time and to me, with the dishonesty... there might cause ridiculous follow ups happening and there is no more honesty in this world which it might lead to the "end of the world" man! Could you figure out it or do you realize the seriousness of this incident my fren? Bye.

Fren, As far as politic is concerned, politicians are highlighted, one down for one huge political party nationwide. One down forever accepted his "Name" and his incidences  would be around for quite sometimes perhaps all the time but... Malaysians might not be that long term minded nation? well... let's see ...ok. Well, there are definitely certain parties would feel...different and very different then that would come out comments which according to their own sentimental issue or opinions which is or are all the time could not be border about others' feelings ok... normal le Down one, and down one or down many at one time are always be there or happening at anywhere and any time ok - see MH... 

Fren, When you feel that you appreciate someone helps, something own by you or around you or somehow what you are right now., show your appreciation my fren, right now or on the spot please with delaying. Fren, Kan ada yang suka menyusahkan orang lain? MH 370... di mana u? Kenapa u tak bailik- balik? Ramai orang lain yang terasa susah, pedih, sedih dan pilu mahupun macam- macam perasaan kan ok! Adakah insiden MH ini kehendak....? manusia, orang atau...entah le, tak spekulasi apa- apa tetapi kan ada yang suka menyusahkan orang lain saje! Fren, 2014- I make a changed of my blog's title became Kouk Ker- Kuok Ker means like someone or somebody that would not live forever on the earth because later or sooner the someone may "go" or "pass away" when time come or "faith". Another word, Kuok Ker would tell and discuss whatever he/she knows and feel like to say out with very conditionally too. Kuok Ker been pasted up but nobody could border and it needs time to get all or some bloggers to pay attention than the title before was SPAM because somehow, SPAM means spoiled stuffs or negative connotation as well bur please be honor to self and I am actually trying to do my best but always facing "unknown" thing/s, incidences or certain individuals that try very hard to "stop" my progress in what I really hope to do in genuinely way. We could go to work according to schedule, we could eat when time come, we could shit when it is necessarily and we could have a wonderful day if we want to, we could enjoy the freedom and we could go on life as a human on the earth... Don't you agree every day is a good day! Perhaps, you could not go on daily life? yet to me look positive to whatever we face and realize that the fact is always cruel but it is not destroying our life for sure because the world is so far still beautiful  to live with for this moment instead ok my fren? Fren, See, this is the last day of February 2014! How is every thing man? Time will not stop and wait for any body okay? Every body has the 24 hours and it is really depend on how we utilizing or managed them, right?  To me, as Kouk Ker in this time of 2014, I will try my best to make my self healthy to go on my daily life without any "high hope" to anythings at all because I know myself very well -- just "Kouk Ker" only but I keep my words all the way to the end of this "Journey" perhaps .... I want to venture to collect "Good Karma" as far as this journey is concerned. I wish to whoever read this blog to be having wonderful life for this journey or upon this time okay? Bye.

Fren, Try your best... okay try your best. These are the sentences positively voice up by your friends when you are telling them whatever you have to do or plan to do, correct friend? My question is - how best is the best ? the best according to your ability and capability and not other's expectation ? Well... your boss for instance. Must you fulfilled him/her expectations? Well... what about try your best ok hi hi hi yeah. I could concluded that try your best is not try to take thing for granted but really try it hard or if possible in figure of 3/4 of your hard work - energy to the particular mission given -- ok or not.,..

Fren, Eat, eat and eat... eating habit is the one that I would like to share for this time. By right, eating is one of the basic survival skills or eat for survive, for energy to be used throughout day, days... When talk about food, there are many perspectives that we could discuss on the topic such as form nutritionist, dietary or sports science even psychology points of view, well ok? Well, eating habit is often related to daily practices by a person and this mostly depend on the person's family trait or background; the one's orientation since young age or even the formal education concerned and in this case I would say depend solely on- Kiasu concept or the person assumed : "life is mainly to eat" instead of eating is for survive daily and perhaps Kilocalorie (Kcl) that a person's need for a day is actually not so much but depend on the gender - example guy needs around 2300 Kcl per day and lady would be around 1300- 1600 Kcl as well as depending on type

Fren, Kawan umur kronologi dah 50 namun hati macam 30 tahun mudanya dan cuba 60 minit berjoging tiap hari tanpa gagal sekiranya tak ada "halangan- halangan" atau urusan resmi yeah ok ye ok tak ... peduli apa? demi umur kronologi meningkat dari sehari ke hariaan ok... tanpa badan sihat--- tak pegi ke mana pun... dan tunggu mampus saja cakap orang betul ke? Kawan- kawan seangkatan atau kawan- kawan yang jauh lebih muda pun tak pa ... dengar nasihat dan pandangan yang tak seberapa ini... sihatkan badan diri dulu sebelum nak ajak kawan lain turut bersama yeah... paham tak ? Siapa peduli tak apa- ape SS saja. 60 minit slow- slow berjoging macam apek pun macam apek le asalkan meningkatkan kadar nadi jantung diri untuk sihat kemudian tetapi ingat jangan lupa tanggungjawab hakiki atau keluarga --- inilah yang amat mencabar untuk seseoranh insan meneruskan usaha "murni" berjoging kerana komimen ok... tak ape cuba le...yeah...

Fren, Endless destination? Life is actually endless destination without any stop in front of us unless we are the one make ourselves end up with enough is enough, right? In one's life journey- it is use to be from recent stage or situation (conform zone) to make up one's mind whether willing to move out from the zone and get into other stage which the one needed to workout to achieve the stage's target or else stay put ... yet still endless. Past could be learning experiences to make ourselves more wise or wisdom and future will be unknown or unpredictable, well, the present is the platform or chance given from past to work out hard and serious in order to be building own Karma or sins as well and this is really defend on the individual to make up their mind - according to one's believe ... yeah 

Fren, Selepas sesuatu "acara besar" yang beramai- ramai serta berhari hari. Namun setelah tamat acara tersebut... Nak ke mana? Tak ke mana pun sebabnya agenda tak ke mana? Aiyuhyuh ... aiyuhyuh, kerja hakiki jangan sekali tertinggal ok ...yang lain amat terpulang kepada keadaan semasa- ok ... ad hoc namanya dan merancang demi kejayaan bersama. Jawabnya nak ke mana ye? Jawabnya tak ke mana - mana , hantam sahaja fren. 

Fren, Lega rasanya apabila tugasan telah selesaikan dilakukan mengikut kemampuan diri ok!. Apa tugasan seterusnya? Ada ianya adalah bermacam- macam lagi sebab selagi seseorang itu bekerja begitulah keadaaan buat selamanya melainkan kalau orang tersebut dah pencen. Lega rasanya bila dapat merasakan keindahan hidup ini pada yang paling asas (pokok)  iaitu: Boleh bernafas dengan elok dan berudara segar sekitaranya; Dapat tidur lena tanpa mimpi ngeri atau takut pada bayang- bayang; Dapat rasa makanan untuk sekadar hidup mahupun kadang- kadang makan mewah sikit; Dapat kerja dengan waras dan makan gaji yang halal; Dapat membuang apa yang tak nak dan yang perlu dibuang oleh perut I setiap hari dan kan alangkah bahagia hidup ini ok. Syukur saja dan menghayati saja le Fren.

Fren, Chinese New Year - CNY is actually a cultural festive regarding to Chinese calender (1st day of a new year) and  it is not a religious festive so it is or will be celebrated throughout the whole world no matter wherever one Chinese ethnic origin is there but somehow rather the chines community would send their praying to the God or Buddha that they believed as well as practices on the day before the first of new year.  Hence, the Wesak day is the Buddhist celebration day ok and this is a religious because all Buddhist would go to their temple to pray as the day of Buddha enchanted or He realizing what is the "Sin causes" or the "bad Karma practices" by human kind and also why and how human being must avoid or must chant - praying for the betterment of either one's or the world (Fauna and Flora). Well, CNY for 2014 is near the door gate and hope or pray for the whole nation and the whole world would be under control and go with peaceful mind of m

Fren, Well, once someone that without granted with any forms (RM) to do research, definitely  someone for sure  also without any  research done unless the one is really love to do research okay? Right? I think so.  Personally, I would like to do research as far as I have the "ticket" in hand - PhD ok and I grab the opportunity even in my class process of P & P or teaching- learning process on going and seriously control measurement done with pre and post test for students fitness level as well as getting to know the achievement level of my methodology in conducting class with laboratories so let's see the result after this because still in the progress - key in data only. Last but not least, just wonder those who had grants in hand to run research, you must or should do it properly , scientifically and sincerely by the granted trust or the "luck" you had before in order to assess your capabilities or abilities to be a scholar yeah 

Fren, Number of 50- 64 mean anythings to you? yeah yeah yeah and they mean somethings to me personally ok? 50 years ago, there was one person who came to this world  on the earth to accompany, to live, to stay and to care among many others men ok. Well, after so many years living on particular one wonderful country like Malaysia, citizen of it and who have gone through plenty of experiences right for individual, with family and/or  surrounding members in the nation with peaceful mind and definitely he puts in tremendous afford to stay alive togetherness united with others but... unfortunately even come to this moment, there are still a lot of unclear stuffs by someone or a group of people who have authority yet they could not figure out whatever they say and/or they do would affect the whole nation per se and not for own please. Last but not least, wishing the nation and the countries around the world are always in peace and wealth for at least 2014 yeah yeah yeah.

Fren, When people talk about career advancement, what do you understand and what thing that cross in your mind immediately, my friend? Well, career improvement? career betterment or career discrimination? Career chances or career passing time? That's and up to individual chances? Karma or what? In term of micro perspective to look at what is so call career advancement would be something or some one get their self readiness and employable or in other word someone with high employability such as: 1) paper qualification fulfilled; 2) communication skill achieved; 3) experiences gained from past in the involved field; 4) writing skill is not a problem and 5) capabilities to accomplish tasks is no doubt so what else the employer's needs in this case for the employee to have career advancement? But in reality... Sabar...le yeah yeah yeah.

Fren, First at all, I would like to say : Happy 2014 to all friends and bloggers. 2nd of January could be very young in calender 2014 so let's plan out and work out for coming days. Secondly, recalled incidences that happened in past year of 2013 - Perhaps personally, I achieved more than as I planned for in the early of 2013 especially my daily matters and my career was in norm stage, which is good enough for time being.
