Fren, 18th of December, 2013. Practically it could be considered almost year end for 2013... so it is time to recall by taking out a piece of paper (log book)  to calculate or to noted that how much of one's achievement throughout the whole year? How far it goes until come to this particular moment? What had been done , undone or pending ... Well, at the same time too, we need another page for 2014 plan/plans because it is very near and very soon to be fren. What do you think about it yeah yeah yeah.

Fren, Formative assessment or on going assessing someone would be considered very critical at this moment but as far as evaluation is concerned, it should be perfectly done by all meant yeah... on paper or reality or what... ah ah ah  Carry marks meant somethings to someone but it reality the someone did not seriously treat it at all the marks as far as the process of learning is concerned so how, man? Well... let's wait and see ...

Fren, Teluk Batik, Lumut, Perak was the place we - as one family of FSR been there to have our family days. Well, events were fine and enjoyable yet sweet memories for all family that took part  even though there were somethings un-predicted happening but all was still under controlled. Any way, if someone is really wanted to look at other people's fault, of course this event would be "not perfect" one yeah! Well, tolerance and understanding needed in this case or event as long as objective was achieved okay?

Fren, SUKUM just over and runner up was the results after long hours of "fighting" among varsity all over Malaysia's IPTA. It was wonderful experience to me because I feel that I could perform even better than before years, you know why? Yeah, it was in UKM (Bangi), which is nearby UiTM and travel with UiTM buses without hard feeling of travelling hectic, secondly I could met my old friends from other universities and even I could meet out new friends as well. I could play without pressure ot tension because I am "stable" and peaceful for facing this event or tournament for these days over UKM and our lunch was provided by my team's manager - Mr Din and we chit chat among all players all the time and we got togetherness or "Gaemness" yeah yeah yeah. Last but not least, I have to thanks to Mr Din and of cause UiTM top administrators to well organizing the contingent ... well that's all so as conclusion, the one's succeed is de

Fren, When someone said - Up and down... what is your first thought? Up and down in Life or in career or in whatever le... Up and down means life won't be sweet all the time and not all the time in bed sharp as well so... that's and let is be -over night, days and months , things might change when the time come to it. Well, better manage our own mood or emotion rather than look at other fouls or mistakes and did not realize selfishness of one's. Yeah. Up and down, up lifting time, please appreciated it and when downstream time please take it and challenge it to make it up up the score yeah.

Fren, Time just passed... - over one year with me and it was making my life happy and convenience sake as well as wonderful togetherness- you know? of course you do not know... it is my Damious - Demious ? oh my car le... ha ha ha yeah yeah yeah. Well, I enjoy having it to travel and as transport to my office yeah... and it is a beautiful car, I love it so much fren. I appreciated it and I hope to go along with it. Fren, When you are a personnel that been authorized to put signature on and it is in approving process then some decisions make wondered then to me you are the one that needed to fully responsible on whatever you sign it, right? If not .... things may get upside down and start to pint point others...Well... Well, fren .. sign or signature of you  actually make sense and sign also mean responsibilities and it meant a lot either to one person concerned or it will effect the whole organization reputation or  perhaps the partner in your business per se. So, make sure you read and think rationally before you sign and proceed it to the next stage and please be more responsible in decision making and the sign you make then fren.

Fren, Mahu buat, gila nakkannya tapi... (tak dapatnya walaupun telah cuba mohon) maka cari jalan dengan pendekatan "Serampang Dua Mata" kata orang kan? Di mana akan I cuba yeah?! Paham tak paham pun sudah le, tak apa? Gua paham cukup le- karang ni tinggal usaha untuk menjadikan nya suatu kenyataan saja. Kata pepatah lagi - "Kalau nak seribu daya, kalau tak nak sejuta dalih" - apa ni... nak apa tu? KAJIAN le yeah- yeah yeah.

Fren, In our situation over here, there is not point to look backward and recall them, we needed to look forward to across whatsoever hurdles in front and move... according to our own pace, own capability and abilities because passed is past ok? Every day is a new day and is the only day for me, so work and do whatsoever to be smoothly and happy even be healthy day per se so why look behind and start to "mingling" around, what for and it is no point at all. Hi, Hidup bertenang namun amat bermakna hidupnya, kan bagus macam ini? Ye inilah yang diminta serta yang diharap- harapkan oleh gua. Bila hidup ini bertenang, adanya waktu dan masa untuk berpikir masak- masak serta merancang akan apa rancangan untuk masa depan bersama- sama ye. Sewaktu berjuang dalam pengajian PhD yang dah lepas 3 tahun dulu, sepi- sepinya masih amat ketara terasa walaupun tanpa diketahui atau tanpa ...yeah

Fren, Happy? happy? and what is it ? feeling pleasure and contentment - well, peaceful -quiet; untroubled and these are the two terms whichever people supposedly looking for ... am I right? No and not all the time..fren. Definitely there are people who like to be living in all sort of troubles and problematic even to others only they feel happy and ... satisfied? As norm curse in graphical concerned, people wish to live in peaceful and happy life but this is only feeling of one's and it is changeable and unstable from time to time and it is really hard to measure or even predicted okay so what is it? What are you looking for my fren.

Fren, 23.33% for sure is better than 7.2 index... don't you thunk so... yeah 23.33& out of 100% mean somethings right? However, it is still consider okay for someone input around 4 figures but others that without show out will be killing... who knows accept the person only. Well, 7.2 index which is about the average of 5 index than it is not good at all, right? even though it is in small figure but it means a lot to the person... so workout very hard to reduce the index and even to push up the total figure yeah... do you know what this means? yeah okay ...

Fren, Dah berumur dan dah berpengalaman banyak, relax dan bertenang untuk menghadapi apa sekali pun cabaran yang dihadapi atau cabaran masa depan yang selalunya tak tentu hala dan masa okay! Sabar saja untuk mengatas satu demi satu - slow and steady but win the game. Dah terjadi dan menjadi - jadi, apa nak buat? terima sahaja kenyataan yang agak kejam serta tak berhati perut yeah! Cuba sedaya- upaya dengan pengalaman yang ada, kebolehan yang termampu serta tak menyusahkan orang lain namun hati kena selalu relax dan bertenang. Kata orang atau kata ahli falsafah: Hidup ini tak bertenang selalu dan berkocak- kocak inilah tanda masih mampu serta masih hidup seseorang insan yang bergelar Manusia ok. Betul ke, betul tak ...

Fren, Hari Kemerdekaan Negara kita iaitu Malaysia yang tercinta ini makin hampir dah! Iaitu pada tanggal 31-8-2013 maka menjangkau tahun ke 56 kemerdekaan daripada jajahan British (Dahulu kala), soal pokok yang cepu mas saya ialah Betul ke rakyat jelata telah merdeka? Tanggapan para pemimpin yang terpilih itu Betul ke telah merdeka? Yeah pikir- pikir le fren. Merdeka dari segi infrastruktur/ fizikal? Merdeka dari segi sanubari jiwa (mental dan emosi) atau merdeka dari segi tanggapan dan pemikiran matang? lain - lain maksud dan lain- lain konsep serta lain- lain kaedah untuk mendapat lain- lain hasilan (Output) ok? Paham ke? Tak ... tak apa... Bagi contoh... masih ada manusia yang menganggap Ratu British itu - Rajanya ke? Atau barangan buatan British teramat baik ke? barang orang lain ... tak boleh pakai ke? Fren, I have been invited as guest speaker for the 23rd 2013 PASSPE Conference (PASPEC) which to be held in Cebu City, Philippines on August 8-11, 2013. I am very glad to go there as first timer of guest speaker, thanks to Prof Dr Jolee from Korea who is the Editor in Chief for PASSPE - Asia Chapter because of his recognition and I become one of the invited speakers, I really appreciated it. Nevertheless, I of course would like to thanks to the host of PASSPE- Philippine chapter too especially Prof Henry Daut and his committees. As info, this will be my first time visit to Philippines as well, I guest I will enjoy it because it seem that concurrently the host organizer is going to introduce their culture and sports to all foreign guests ok. Fren, Selamat hari raya Aidil Fitri - mohon maaf Zahir dan Batin kepada semua kawan- kawan yang beragama Islam atau Muslim friends. Sepanjang satu bulan beribadah puasa dalam bulan yang mulia (Bulan Ramadan) maka tibalah masa untuk menikmati kesyukurannya dengan perayaan yang gemilang iaitu HARI RAYA AIDIL FITRI, suasana riang dan sibuk di sana sini serta mana- mana sudut sekali negara kiita ini khususnya. Lagu raya kedengaran, persiapan dimulakan dan makin hebat gayanya jadi beraya bersama Satu Malaysia.

Fren, Certificate is something like paper qualification to certify what you know (knowledge learned) or generally is certify what you had learnt in the process of obtaining your field of studies (when graduated), right?  At the end of one study's journey, the person should fully equipped the knowledge of his/hers area of study (by right) but if the person did not show positive attitudes even on his/hers own field, then who else could be blame? My fren. My intention here is to remind that once you are in the area or field of expertise, you must show your capabilities and abilities in holding up to "par" of general perception on you and this is what I meant Certificate with knowledge or else you are a person with certificate without knowledge- what a shame of you yeah yeah yeah.

Fren, Kerja, setakat kerja ni ? Tak adalah jawabannya namun sebenarnya I anggap kerja saya ini adalah kareer saya di mana ada macam- macam peristiwa manis, pahit, masin, tawar mahupun pedas berlaku sepanjang hayat kareer saya ini ok? Justerunya,  kaedah yang saya pakai  ialah Kerja ini harus dengan hati yang rela dan ikhlas. Rela? bukan rela itu yang saya maksudkan tapi rela suka serta seronok kerana suka dan sayang kepada bidang tugas kerja buat selama ini ok fren. Maka hati baharlah senang dan semangat atau "Oum" datang kembali  gila-gila ok. Cukup sampai di sini sayang...

Fren, Very "glad" to say that when after one team building programme over, there was no team built up at all actually but there just were plenty of themes built : One is not fit for that; another one is not qualify for this and that; one has no integrity or being query about it; some been queries for no subject for them etc. At the end of the day, what is the main purpose of having team building and there is no "sincerity" and there no "trust" or not even understanding among staffs happened in between and within among members of an organization? Yeah yeah yeah and well... sad story, isn't it ? and 'Sad' to advice the organization , please use the money for other purpose rather than organizing "Team Building Programme" - waste of money and afford or time man...No outcome and the so call outcome is not beneficial anyone at all but certain Theme ok.

Fren, There is no "place" for you here, fren! Well, there is "no place" is really a good reason man from them ... no place...No place is when they do not want you to be around here because they are smarter and smartest people in the world. I bare and dare to tell you that once a upon a time, the same fren said : " fren- you are a good man and you can go with any things in the"place"  and you are been appreciated here and you are needed here so..." Then after stabilizing with more frens to take over concerned works from that fren, the comment of - No Place for you is repeated...or appealed,  ... Stress???  No, in this case, I would not feel stress about it because I know that there are "Places" for me in somewhere on the earth and so far I may say that I did not find it yet only ok so... stay and let's see  and at the same time I know my own potential and my own capabilities as well as my abilities which I have fully self

Fren, Kawan, kawan dan kawan atau "kawan"; "kawan" dan "kawan" ada disekeliling kita di mana kawan boleh jadi "kawan" dan "kawan" inilah yang akan menyusahkan orang - di sini diperpanjangkan permasalahan itu selanjutnya ke arah lebih kronik buat kawannya itu yeah yeah yeah... suka hati le "kawan" itu.. Tak apa le kawan atau "kawan" - Tuhan akan tahu apa yang you lakukan untuk kawan mu dan tunggu le masa tiba saja le yeah yeah yeah ... Tak apa. Kawan masih ada masa dan nyawa untuk melihat apa yang akan berlaku pada "kawan" nya itu nanti ok... tak faham pun tak apa... Sabar kawan, kan kesabaran ini merupakan amanah dan amanat seseorang yang berpegang kepada agamanya ye?! 

Fren, Well, hope is always the push factor for someone to work towards or to move forwards in order to achieve the Hope, right? If  someone is No Hope? its means... yeah someone already gave up and that is too bad ok! Don't be one of them my friend. We should full with hopes or hope at least in every day basis and we should try our best with necessarily plan, move towards it/them and then let's see.... what would happen yeah! Now, I hope for better "air" condition in our area because "haze" is around the corner and I choose to slow down my own enrichment or enjoyment programme which is "slow jog for an hour daily- SJ4H" and I could feel the "uneasy" feeling when I stopped for few days only see.. Hope ok and still hoping for betterment as far as tomorrow,  the day after and... concerned, well let's hope yeah...

Fren, First at all, I would like to thanks for all bloggers that who viewed my blog and feedback as anonymous TQVM.I am just a simple man who like to share ideas or opinion with someone who appreciated my afford, that's all. Well, I learn to create this blog with the help of my closest friend- Mr Hisyam ,who is actually doing his PhD studies oversea now and I wish him all the best and come back to Malaysia as soon as he completed his journey of studies with the best flow as possible ok. Lastly but not the least, I really would like to share whatsoever I learnt, my experiences, even my thoughts or my opinion for the sake of sharing knowledge and only those who are  interested in this blog,  friend. Fren, Orang makin lama (makin berusia agaknya) akan menjadi seorang insan yang memang selalu mengenang kisah lama-- orang lama ok. ha ha ha. Alkisahnya, insan ini telah meninggalkan profesion guru selama 12 tahun yang lalu, cepatnya masa ini berlalu- tak kasi chance pun telah 12 tahun yang lepas ye. Namun insan ini masih terlibat di dalam bidang pelajaran tetapi di institusi lain saja... tak jauh mana cuma anak muridnya adalah mereka yang telah besar panjang yeah yeah apa itu? Anak muda le dan jangan salah interpret atau salah sangka ok!!! Insan ini hanya tinggal 10 tahun lamanya untuk berkhidmat sebelum pencen wajib ok -- sekejap saja fren, 12 tahun pun telah sekelip mata lalu dah... apa kata 10 tahun akan datang saja! Walaubagaimanapun, insan ini senantiasa berharapan besar serta berpandangan jauh terhadap potensi sistem pelajaran negaranya yang kalau boleh biarlah konsisten serta lebih mengutamakan kualiti yang lebih tinggi serta saksama saja- Satu Malaysia slogannya yeh yeh

Selamat Hari Guru kepada para guru baik di mana guru itu berada, saya selaku bapa kepada anak-anak yang masih belajar ingin mengucapkan sanjungan tinggi kepada mereka yang bergelar GURU. Tanpa guru - siapa le anak-anak saya  maka ingatlah  guru - gelar guru yang berketrampilan - serba boleh dan serba disanjung tinggi oleh anak- anak didikannya tak kira bangsa dan agama. Cuma satu ye, lengkapilah diri demi cabaran masa dan cabaran duniawi supaya tak terpesong hajat ingin menjadi seorang guru dan jangan lupa jua ikrar Guru ye . Fren, Appreciate; appreciation or been appreciated are all solid and nice action or even just orally said it out. Appreciate whatsoever you have ; whosoever you are and wherever you are or being just appreciated it or them, my friend because actually life is not really long and in way of life and in between/within  the one's life journey, anythings could happen in the matter of either on you or your love ones see... So just appreciate it and enjoy it while we are still able or capable to,  my friend. Well, show one's appreciation by love, care and responsibilities. Fren, Small car but brand new car ok. It is Small but came with high tech. Gua enjoy it so much. Gua appreciated it and love it so much. It saves my petrol expenditure monthly by using up electrical device when it is in slow mode especially in town drive, my fren. I just owned it by chance after 25 years of hard working with day in and day out facing sought of commitments and challenges in life ok my fren. Do you understand what I am telling? Yeah just wonder ...

Fren, The process of Teaching and Learning  (T & L) actually in reality it is involving at least 2 parties or else could be many parties to claim that the lesson so called succeed or successful, right? There are many variables involved either external or internal factors but what I would like to share here is just a simple "thought". As a person who involved directly in term of conveying knowledge as well as skills' performance of certain  games in the process of T&L, Multi-Skills needed in coaching, training or teaching so that whatsoever appropriateness achieving the actual objective/s in T & L as the outcome/s.  In a case of swimming lessons - in order to get my learners obtaining the 4 basic skills - front crawl; back stroke; breast stroke and butterfly stroke - I used up Multi - Skills in the lesson/s but without left out the principles of training off course, so ... make the lesson/s interesting and make sure they learned and learn by heart wi

Fren, Tolerensi - tolerance - the quality of being able to suffer pain, hardship, etc.., without being damaged. (Longman Dic, 1978). You see, betapa mulianya jika seseorang itu sanggup bertolerensi namun orang yang macam ini selalu dianggap "lemah", "pengecut" atau "penakut" oleh pihak yang asyik mendesak atau penerima tolerensi itu, betul? Soalnya, kalu nak tolerensi ini, sampai bila? Jangan lupa prinsip "Spring wire" mula-mula dengan sikap tolerensi namun ditekan- ditekan kuat tanpa beri peluang serta pada akhirnya dianggap juga sebagai mesti toleren tanpa musyuara, tanpa kasi "chance" justerunya apa akan jadi ? Fikir- fikir le  Tolerensi setahun demi setahun, bertahun- tahun serta berpuluh - puluh tahun sehingga le berketurunan generasi demi generasi jadi apa akan terjadi... entah le ... nak jadi jadi le Fren.  Respect to each other ok...

Fren, Respect... respect and respect each other please? Respect = admiration; feeling of honour (Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English, 1978). Without respect, what would happen? Well.... We need other to respect us and off course we need to respect others as well... Mirror principle okay!  With respect each other, thing/s will be done peacefully and solidarity is there so what else and when is the time to respect other? Right now at this moment onward, every single moment when we deal with friends, colleagues, relatives and even our parents or someone who younger than us chronologically., yeh 

Fren, Niat baik nak tolong, tapi masih ditegur kerana "salah laku" yeh yeh yeh, namun kali ini teguran yang elok - melalui SMS dan bukan "surat tunjuk sebab" boleh terima le. Tapi ALAMATnya TAK NAK TOLONG lagi walau apa dan siapa sekali pun yeh!  Ceritanya macam ini, pada suatu hari, mangsa (iaitu gua) tersekemuka dengan sebuah kereta "mewah" kenalan mangsa, ingat kawan le (just wanted to say Good morning), tapi bukan si tuan kereta yang bawa kereta mewah itu, sebaliknya seorang anak gadis- iaitu rupa-rupanya anak kepada kawan itu  dan si gadis itu mintak tolong Uncle ini untuk tap palang halangan supaya dia dapat berjumpa dengan emaknya - sebutan Si gadis berbunyi "Uncle, could you help me please because I want to see  my mum, I lupa bawa "tag" mum saya" sebagai seorang yang berjiwa ayah atau setakat manusia biasa dan kecil ini - saya pun sentuh dan bagi si gadis masuk je. Semerta itu I terima SMS yang sampai - tuduh saya "

Fren, Atas kepercayaan kepada Tuhan, Tuhan yang akan menentukan, betul? Ya memang betul tapi pada hahkikatnya ialah Tuhan telah "beri" apa yang perlu ada seperti tubuh badan, hati, jantung dan... namun sebagai "penerimaNya" tidak tahu atau tidak mahu menjagai mereka dengan baik dan sewajarnya... apa kan jadi? Sakit sengsara diri, hati sekeluarga turut terpengaruh ok? Kesihatn diri ini sebenarnya merupai harta benda diri dan wajib menjagainya dengan elok dan sebaik mungkin supaya tidak memeningkan orang sebelah mahupun Tuhan sebab Tuhan pun sibuk gut? Yeah yeah yeah maka apa salahnya bersenam sedikit dan menjagai diri sendiri dengan elok supaya diri dapat menyumbang balik jasa diri atau pengetahuan diri kepada pihak baik anak- anak diri mahupun anak-anak orang lain ok!

Fren, Peaceful in mind and heart - less turbulent and less "Tsunami" in daily life. Healthy in brain and psycho motor see, this means that I could work and run my life - fit to face whatsoever happening surrounding me and of course stable life gained at the output of peaceful and healthy lifestyle okay! Last but not least, still back to the question: "What is Life?" and What do you aspect to? Yeah yeah yeah

Fren, Is there the word "Setiakawan" - loyal to friend or what? Yeah! Setiakawan or kawan yang setia, kawan yang betul- betul kawan di mana boleh berkongsi pandangan dan pendapat serta membatu satu sama lain bila diperlukan? Jawabnya memang ada namun bila kawan yang dah berkeluarga di mana adanya isteri di sebelah maka ada bezanya sedikit sebab ...? entah? dan ... tak tahu le... sampai bila setiakawan ini berlaku yeah???

Fren, As an individuals, I could walk properly and also walk for long distances; could eat and enjoy the food very much; could sleep tight and having sweet dreams  (sometimes); could jog for an hour daily and sweat a lot so I feel fresh; could work appropriately and enjoying working environment; could play varies game; could talk for hours if wanted or needed; could smile and laugh any moments I want; could write in appropriate grammatical form of essay; could sit tight if I want to; could sing whatever songs I like to; could interact with whosoever I meet; could read and like to read so much; could stay happily with children; could stay healthy for every moment and every single day.. What else you want, my fren? ha ha ha Yeah

Fren, Hi, I would like to attract bloggers' attention for this statement: Simple but it is not easy to be simple as we want and as we thought? What say you, man? By right, it is a very fundamental matter but just because of fundamental's problem, that's why it is not easy  to achieve especially involving "Man" and man full with self agendas, selfishness as well as self greediness ok. So, how to be simple if someone "greedy" without considering self capabilities and abilities - That's yeah yeah yeah. 

Fren, Kini dan selama- lamanya, apa dia? apa dia? apa- apa le. Kini - amat tenteram bahagia hidup di Malaysia maka harapan keadaaan ini buat selam- lamanya... mungkin tak? yeh yeh yeh  Jawabnya -- MUNGKIN dan PASTI BOLEH, kenapa tak? Asalkan semua pihak ingin dan berhayat  utnuk meneruskan kehidupan berkeadaan macam kini diteruskan buat masa hadapan, betul kan?  Kata pepatah " kalau nak seribu daya, kalau tak nak seribu dalih" ada paham ke? Walhal, pada saya sebenarnya negara kita masih berpotensi besar untuk melangkah ke hadapan atau lebih maju ke depan namun sekian faktor yang menyebebkan kita :Still round the bushes" but not moving forward - faktor MANUSIA lagi ok.

Fren, Penat, penat? penat ke? Penat bersenam demi kesihatan, berbaloi tak? Berbaloi? Ini amat bergantung kepada kehendak dan keinginan serta tanggungjawab seseorang terhadap kesihatan dan kesejahteraan diri ok? Bersenam ini pasti penat, inilah tanda reaksi fisiologi dan otot - otot berkenaan khususnya jantung diri mu. Pada saya, jika seseorang itu "tidak peduli" akan kesihatan diri itu adalah manausia yang "kurang prihatin" pada diri, keluarga mahupun negara sebabnya si polan ini asyik nak tunggu orang lain membantu bila jatuh sakit tanpa bersenam diri, keluarganya kena risau mengenainya dan negara perlu belanja lebih di atas perubatan terhadap si polan yang kurang prihatin ini, kan rugi semua pihak? 

 Fren, Well, as far as an independent country is concerned, country' sovereignty and dignity are no doubt to be served and practice to protect all the time by so call democratic chosen authority  ok, right? What really a civilian like me would like to see and firm to "gain" from my country (by heart- Malaysia) are always living under one peaceful society, one harmonies country and also one of the moving forward to achieve high respected country by all sources of globalization process is concerned, that's ... fren.   Simple, right? Fren, Doa , doa dan doa agar rakyat atau kawan- kawan Sabah ini selamat dan pulih asal ketenteraman seperti sediakala secepat mungkin supaya hidup bahagia bersama ok. Waktu inilah peranan samada anggota polis mahupun anggota tentera harus dan tahu memainkan peranan masing- masing dengan berwaspada dan rakyat Sabah turut harus simpati dan memainkan peranan sebagai orang ramai yang menjaga keselamatan  diri sendiri disamping dilindungi oleh anggota keselamatan negara kita ini ok. Orang biasa (rakyat) Malaysia yang lain (termasuk saya) hanyalah turut berdoa dengan cara masing- masing mengikut kepercayaan diri sendiri supaya segala "malapetaka" tidak berlaku sangat lagi dan pulih lah seperti sediakala- dao selamat - doa doa dan doa.

Fren, Good day and TQVM to my sisters, brothers and sisters in law, colleagues, good friends, relatives and my two children because we spend the whole wonderful CNY holidays together and improved our relationship, friendship as well as family tied. My eldest getting more mature and my youngest still very cute and lovely daughter and we really appreciated togetherness that given chance to love each other and to trust each other as well.  CNY over and the March is on going ... re open semester break and works are right in front, traffic jam started, voice much polluted around us and thing get back as before so workout hard and patient + sincere ok yeh yeh yeh 

Fren, Kata orang: "yang lepas itu biar lepas" past tense right? ok. Yang akan datang : "menyambut atau menghadapinya saja" betul? ok . Apakata yang sekarang , sedang mahupun yang tengah ada ini?  Tak dihargai langsung, tak disatupadu mahupun ditinggal- tinggal saja ok! Itulah berlaku dalam senario kehidupan kita sebenar secara menyuruh ok. Yang agak menyedihkan ialah yang lepas- tak dijadikan iktibar walaupun contoh baik atau yang elok dan jadikannya  sempadan bagi yang kurang baik-- namun tinggal - tinggalkan macam itu saja -- alasannya dah past tense yeh. Yang lebih serik ialah yang sedia ada pun tak betul- betul dihayati atau hargai langsung--- apa ini? Apa yang dah berlaku yeh? Renung- renung saja fren. Yang akan datang itu pulak-- tak pasti sebab kebiasaannya adalah luar kawalan diri dan inilah pulak diharap-harap sangat, di doa restu mahupun cita- cita ini itu tanpa betul- betul usaha sendiri jadi apa yang akan berlaku atau apa macam le yeh yeh yeh

Fren, Team = a group of people who work, play or act together (Longman Dic of Contemporary English, 1978) and this needs team spirit okay if not then sorry wrong number fren. Team spirit could lead the group of people to achieve the objective/s, right? Anyhow, for sure there is or are some jokers in the group who is /are not keen to whatever plans for the sake of team work in an organization so what... ? Let's see... 

Fren, Appreciate to whatever you have in present and appreciate whenever you have chance to show your appreciation to someone right, fren? Well, one of the avenues and time to show your appreciation is during the festive like Chinese new year now and we should not feel shy to say thank you, say love you and say all source of good word even nice sentences and I strongly that nobody won't listen and feel nice as well as cause happiness happened to the party you say to as well as yourself. So, say it out to show your appreciation fren Kong Si fa Chai , Shen Ti Jian Kang, Huat ha yeh yeh yeh 

Fren, CNY is the agenda for this time being, stuff like: cleaning, preparation and definitely "Ang Pau" should be ready for children etc... CNY more on cultural festival and it is celebrate by so call Chinese all over the world and of course Malaysian Chinese too and these days would be great to get "silatulrahim" among relatives especially as well as all "members" or friends all over okay.  I wish I could reach bloggers who celebrate CNY - "Kong Si Fah Chai" and "Sheng Ti Jian Kang "ok yeh yeh yeh 

Fren, You see, you see how fast is the time passed and today is 31st of January 2013 already and we were just celebrated 2013 new year and now is time to go with Chinese new year - Snake is the lunar sign of smooth crawling year and definitely those who workout hard enough will gain in whatsoever they aim to. I sincere wishing all my blog readers and friends out there - Happy CNY and healthy forever.

Fren, Stephen R. Covey passed away in July 2012, this is a great lost to motivational studies per se because he was and he is always at tip top as best selling book's record so far okay. Well, I am his  mutual "follower" or what I can say is I own few of his books and the latest one is - The Wisdom and Teachings of Stephen R. C which cost me RM 59.95 but the main intention here  is not the book's price but is the content of the book which I would like to share with friends... First at all, The principle of ACCOUNTABILITY : 1) Never use the word promise unless you are totally prepared to pay whatever the price is to keep it. 2) Nothing destroy trust faster than making and breaking a promise. Conversely, nothing builds trust more than keeping a promise and 3) To raise obedient children, you and I a parents must be more obedient yo certain law and principles.What say you man?

Fren, Well, after so many years working with my seriousness and sincerity throughout years (14 and 10)  in one field but two organizations, at last I got "It" . I am really happy and thanks to my "God" or belief and I am really appreciate the "It" is coming to me - AG 2012 from my present organization, thank you very much and I appreciated your true accessing and evaluation from my past services for the present post. Thanks to my immediate "boss" as well and my family members for their supports as far as one human being concerned. I feel happy and sincere thanks to everyone too.

Children, Papa try the best d but keep it your existence as now for the rest of time, well children just go and just make it your own life with your capabilities for the coming days. Do not worry, it is a small matter only because there are plenty of challenges right in front of you, my children - Life... Life goes on wonderful together with papa, do not worry okay my children, I know I make once but not too bad per se and I feel myself actually not too bad comparatively with one "big mistake if I take that action" okay, my children.

Fren, Life is interesting, it is interesting by chance and timing - it could make something happening without someone knowing what happened actually, yeh yeh yeh. I am very glad and I feel great that I "managed" to avoid myself with my Karma per se to  trap into self bankruptcy incidence and this I must thanks to my thought - Good Karma practices of myself so far, as far as this incidence concerned. 

Fren, Kata orang: "Kerja ini tak akan habis selagi manusia ini hidup" -- betul kan? BETUL...sebab pengalaman diri ini amat terasa sebab kerja tak habis- habis le  Kerja hakiki, kerja rumah dan kerja orang lain... ha ha ha

Fren, Apa daya Ku ? Kalu alat yang berharga ratusan ribu itu hilang kerana kecurian? Apa daya Ku? Membuat laporan polis saja! Kalu telah buat serta telah terima hakikat itu, apa daya Ku?  Jawabnya usaha le seberapa kuat yang boleh atau termampu  (berbincang dengan mana- mana pihak yang berkaitan dan yang berkuasa di alam nyata ini) serta perkara seperti kecurian ini amat- amat bergantung kepada takdir Tuhan saja kawan! Fren, Happy 2013 frens and why not, let's Jog for one hour in a day, 1 Malaysia yeh-yeh yeh , this event actually had been ran quite some time ago since 2010 by my own thought, ok? Well, nothing so great about it but let's just enjoyed jogging and relax myself for lifelong journey and  self betterment ok.
