Well... in order to be promoted then the 2nd part of the requirement was emphasizing on the candidate's contribution in:

Research works by candidate liked: 

Publication and conferences attended right from International, nationally and indexes journal publication mostly considered with evidences provided; Publication of chapters in books; Proceeding articles with ISSN stated as well as publication of  Academic Modul  that recognized by University's board; Roles in editorial board or reviewer for journals; Roles play at conferences liked chairperson for certain section or session as well; Committee's membership at conferences by the candidate.

Hence, the 3rd compartment that needed to fill up :

Consultation or Expertise appreciation by University or abroad; with or without registered with university; Fund involved or without fund concerned; 

Expertise recognized liked: Article's Editor, judges and assessor; Been Invited speaker for internationally or nationwide and candidate's self involvement in faculty level like as policy making - syllabus reveal or procedure's making for faculty or even university's level.

Part 4 is considering on Innovative works by candidate; entrepreneurship workshop or projects done; Innovative in T & L (Teaching and Learning) liked improvising in teaching method or teaching aids as well.

Compartment 5 regarding on: Services to a) University concerned, b) Students and c) Community. Priority to University level for sure and then followed by Administration's post hold at Faculty, University, Branches and even internationally.

Next roll is looking or dwell into the candidate's involvement in Sports or Co- Curriculum and more pitapat on self- membership of the candidate with international or professional bodies concerned; Association; Community services roles and even community contribution with students whom under the one's supervision.

The second last compartment would be ringer around on the Awards gained by candidate right from University level, State , National and worldwide either academical or Pride given by high level authority.

Last compartment in the requirement concerned, which is highlighted on evaluation by the candidate's immediate superior on the leadership and linkages liked MOU signed within universities or etc...  which been initiate by candidates along the services at the faculty or university.

Okay... these are the elements that every single candidate who will like to go for the Associate Professorship for time being and there might have many new ways of evaluation in the progress for the coming years -- who knows, right?

As far as Associate Professorship is concerned, the recent requirements are considered holistic approach that been taken but it is quite time spending or time constraints during compilation of evidences . TQ and Salam.
