Well... fren on 17/5/2018 (Thursday) was the history day to me because I got the "last chance" or last called up to go for promotion at the present work organization - University instead of School ok. I tried very hard since from school services (teaching with dedication) from 1989 to 2010 only promoted to senior post on the 2010 (which was at university and not at school ok).  I obtained my PhD on 2010 from local university and I worked another 8 years then I tried to go for promotion as Associate Professor and I was being called on the day as above. I feel very glad and happy as well as bersyukur because a day after Hari Guru 2018. I was answering to all questions that posed to me and personally, I felt okay but still needed to wait for the final results and please do not ask me when will be it? I also don't know he he he  What I wanted to say here, I appreciated being called because to me it was recognition for all my efforts done to Faculty and Univer

Well... 16/5/2018 was hari Guru when I was migrating from KPM to KPT which mean still Guru but in difference institution.  Hari Guru when I was promising to be  an educator to build up new generation for the betterment of nation particular and self satisfactory as well. And... today I am lecturing young adults at higher institution which is University so to me I never ever forget to educate them to be good citizen and educated human being as a whole. What difference is these adults may not necessarily appreciated with what we or as lecturers to deliver moral or values concurrently with knowledge to them because to them, they could study by themselves at home which is throughout on- line study as the latest trend of study todaynationwide. MOOC- Massive Open on line course for example but to me personally as Guru, I think students still needed face to face to discuss by attending the formal classes so that interaction process happened and sentiment of respect each other

Big Day- Once you have given a chance in your entire life - make sure you feel happy and been appreciated and you would go all out to try your best to obtain it or gain it right? Moreover, you waited so long time already fren. Big head- mean operationally you will get bigger responsibilities and much things to do, to plan, to solve and to make things happen so it is big think of it. Big Responsibility definitely come with your chance that given to you because once you are good then some others will come to approach and these make self busy ok. Big Day needed to try hard then become big head and so bigger hard works right in front of you once you crossed the big day bravo... Agree or not?
