Fren, As far as work is concerned, we need to enjoy whatever we do and whenever we do then only could say that your are enjoying working life. Well, after exercises done together with my students during athletic class as well as training methodology class, I felt great and releasede tension as well and at the same time, they enjoyed their lesson and became better listeners perhap, this is consider very happy and good time to me as a guru. Process of learning taken place and my core business be well taken care, whatelse to border or to worry in terms of work and this is really enjoying - man. Do you understand what am I talking about? Fren, Biar boss baharu mahupun boss lama- sama sahaja, kerja hakiki tetap kerja hakiki, kerja dengan hati dan jiwa yang ikhlas demi kebaikan anak-anak didikan itu adalah core business sebagai pensyarah, right? Fren, Lain orang lain rezeki, lain pentadbir lain kerenah. Lima tahun lah, lima tahun lah, lima tahun... Inilah dugaan nasib mereka yang berhajat nak belajar demi kebaikan atau peningkatan ilmu dalam career diri dan akan menyumbang balik ilmu kepada para pelajar mereka kelak tapi tapi tapi telah didenda dengan tak diberi peluang mendapat anjakan gaji untuk selama lima tahun dari tahun sipolan balik daripada cuti belajar itu walaupun PTK mereka pada paras 4/4 lah? Cuti belajar? aiyah- tak kisah samada mereka yang belajar dengan mode sepenuh tanggungan (Berbiasiswa penuh) atau mereka yang belajar cuma dengan cuti (2 tahun) tanpa biasiswa, apa jenis peraturan ini? Adakah atas prinsip "pukul rata" atau "pukul sama sekali" jadi adakah ini dikatakan kaedah menggalakkan para tenaga pengajar IPTA untuk melanjutkan pelajaran ke peringkat PhD atau master mereka demi peningkatan taraf IPTA secara amnya di Malaysia, tanah air kita? Fren, Tahniah kawan, masa kecapaian doktor falsafah anda telah tiba and nyata berlaku, tahniah sekali lagi kawan. So what? Apakah rancangan- atau perancangan anda selepas ini? As far as caree part is concerned, our fren been offered promotion to senior post already, which I think is good and tahniah fren ok, berbaloi akan kecapaian anda ini betul? Last but not least, si polan ini tengah tunngu keputusan muktamad yang seperti kawan tadi namun yang beza ketara ialah si polan ini belum berezeki ditawar promotion to senoir post dan agak jauh lagi setelah banyak kali cuba mencuba, tak apa kata orang belum ada rezeki tapi to the si polan cuma agak Karma tak baik gut so apa kesilapan sipolan ini ya? yeh yeh yeh sudahlah nasib you.

Fren, Recalled back the 11-9-09 was my VIVA date and now 4 months later, I am still waiting for the endorsement of Graduate School of my Ph.D University, time passed like no business and now my life goes on with changes in terms of relaxation in mentally as well as psychologically because hard time, dark time and time time time has temporary gone ok. However, in my career life, it is still consider very fresh and new eventhough I am contributing for 9 years in the existing system already so what I need to do is to work harder and I always need to depend on by chance or second chance that only I might get the opportunities to be shifted into new category as far as career improvement is concerned, but wil it happen? Nobody could tell me but... Last but not least, I work very hard and very serious in whatever I am doing especially in my core business over my varsity or faculty and let's it be ... ok? Yeh yeh yeh

Fren, Life and time will go on without much say or wait for anyone man, so when a person think that he or she would like to do some things good to own without cause other in trauble then do it fren. Do not waste your brilliant time fren. What I use to say is, do it with planned and consistently with progressively principle as well as hard work with patience and things will come to you or side you but...stressful life within certain time duration ok? Last but not least, in other point of view, if you think that you are satisfy with whatever you have and you are doing, getting or your life then be cool fren because life is alway depend on what you want it to be fren ok. Fren, Play- activity for amusement only esp among the young or to do things that pass the time pleasantly- Longman Dic, 1978. In terms of education context, the play is inclusively with the process of learning because in the playing activities themsleves which there should needed a party to plan, to guid and to even set the objective of play- the person that in this context is - the teacher? the coach? or the trainer... you may name them, well... Coaching as defined in sports context would be sound like: mainly improving performance in training by turning activities athletes do into learning situations, in a planned way , under guidance. Well from the play then it would intent to improve the play then in would involve the process of learning vice versa.

Fren, Happy new year - 2010, I wish everyone of my friend, relatives and family members are healthy, healthy and nothing beside healthy all the time. With the healthy body, mind and sole only you could move forward as what you want to, plan to or sudden to, right? 2010 as the new year coming together for us to make our life difference and it should bring new experience and new thought as well as new move into new era or hopefully that things would get better and better to every one of my friend, relatives and family members.
