Setengah jam tu berjoging dan biar janji berpeluh dan janji kadar nadi berdenyut lebih pantas daripada biasa dan terasa agak lega perasaan diri dalaman mahupun luaran dan hari seterusnya namun tak dinafikan agar bila sampai ke tengah hari nanti akan dirinya menguap sikit, tak apa janji sihat yeh!
