Where is integrity, My Fren? With the scenario of Politics before Principle then what else of integrity that we want to talk about? How could teachers in school to teach students right from kindergarden to even University my fren! No way man... Integrity is nothing in this situation or this organization and how to be sustainable of one administrative or even one country? Well... Let's see how the whole nation to ahead and to be "shameful" in front of expatriates from oversea ok... let's wait and see.  Personally point of view , it will be gonna man.... bye bye...

BD-- Do you feel proud of it? BD = Pencuri because it is something like if someone whom wanted to enter people house must go in with front door (FD) and not from BD ok? Beri Salam and greet people then go in or start the communication right or not? This is the value where people teach their children or from school since kindergarden - beri salam dalam masuk rumah  orang atau kalangan sekolah melalui pintu depan kan? Kalu kita halalkan masuk rumah ikut pintu belakang then no integrity to talk and to consider lor.... Hantam shaja brabo... apa akan jadi ???? Agar menuju ke arah Kiamat ooi. BD boleh .... side door pun boleh .... apa- apa pun boleh .... asalkan dapat jadi orang "Berkuasa" dan semua yang lain hanya turut tanpa mempersoalkan apa itu integrity or morale so Pendidikan itu diadakan untuk apa tujuan ?  BD... Fren, Sambung sikit cerita Kesian Tuan Jeff... kesian anak tuan Jeff jua--- memang dugaan dan cubaan.  Sesudah berpeluh sejuk kerana kali ini merupakan kali pertama anak terlibat dalam kemalangan kereta di jalanraya setelah memperolehi lesennya hampir dua tahun lamanya. Walaubagaimanapun, dia masih bertenang diri dan cuba berbudi bicara dengan tuan kereta diciuminya dan nampak gaya dia masih mentah sangat tetapi Encik Ong tidak menekan anak saya sangat sebaliknya bertanya khabar keadaan anak saya dan menenangkan fikirannya dengan memberi semangat serta mintaknya menalipon ayahnya yang berada dekat Klang ketika itu (sedang makan malam) serta sanggup dia tunggu kesampaain ayahnya. Terima kasih kepada En Ong - Karma baik dan orang muda yang baik hati jua. Anak jua agar bertenang --- cuba bertenang dan berbicara serta memohon maaf kepada En Ong bersama isterinya di mana pada saya, anak telah menunjukkan sikap anak suhur bersopan dan cara betul beradab maka boleh kata ana...

Fren, Inilah nasib Tuan kereta yang keretanya diberi nama Jeff iaitu di mana Jeff telah melanggar "buntuk" kereta orang lain semalam (9/2/2020 - Ahad - 8.33 mlm) iaitu hari terakhir suatu temasya besar bernama CNY - Chap Goh Mei. Kesian Tuan Jeff sebab koceknya tetap akan berpecah dan bocor lagi walaupun baharu terlepas suatu temasya besar... ingat tuan itu  boleh relax sikit.... tapi.... "pom". Gong Xi Fah Chai ha ha ha hih hi hi. Ceritanya - Punca kemalangan adalah keadaan semasa adalah waktu malam serta berhujan lebat dan kawasan berlakunya kemalangan adalah berpasir sangat dan anak Tuan kereta Jeff telah menekan "brake" namun Jeff tetap gelongsor dan mencium buntuk kereta depan yang sedang berhenti sekejap untuk belok ke arah kanan... ye ye ye. Talipon bimbit berdering malam pukul 8.33 dan nampak nama anak tercatat maka menyahut bertanya "Dah sampai ke Univ anak?" Balasnya "tidak ayah tapi dah terlanggar orang... aiyo yo l...

2020 - Road in front of every body is actually still as usual but the journey of every single one is different and total unique from each one. Well... I started with first day of 2020 with wonderful and sweet memories such as children are in good shape and good form to further their study as form 3 and first degree respectively. My dearest colleagues celebrated my 56 birthday with nice cake and glory lunch and tones of greeting at What'app as well as email too. A good start is going to be the brilliant ending of the year ok. However, the person still really needed to plan out and execute them from time to time and one by one throughout the 365 days or  other wise, sorry to say that the plan will be still as planned... but without....without... 000. For this moment, let's start this year with more sincere heart and let's work hard and not only work smart my fren ok? 

Well... afford put in must be triple and thousand "emotional unstable conditions" happened and still happening as far as the mission did not complete yet because it is what a huge project and huge responsibilities man... Phenomena is in one month time, the committees appointed need to get every thing done in the process of running one big event named as Conference ok?!!! I really can not imaging that such a big event which would involved a lot of parties and a lot of human resources and yet in such a short time given, Bravo Chair person... Gua caya Lu lor. May your God bless you. However, it is moving and moving well... moving to get it done by the time come. Well... implication of this event will be ... anybody who wish to run any big conferences is only need one month time enough and good enough k. At last, I wish all the best to get t run well and successful in order to uphold the good name and prestige of one organization ok and Please get it done well an...

Well... my organization is running Research's Week from 26, 27 to 28/11/2019 and I was just completed my missions by today (27/11/2019) from 2.30pm to 3.35pm which content was consisted as below: 1. Sharing two article that I had presented before the Research Week  2. Promote one journal which owned by my organization. 3. Promote one regional research center to faculty. Participants were around 45 of them but poor responses from own admin or colleagues per se. So, the actual target audiences were not attended and messages were not reach to the top management or even own colleagues. The moral of story is that there is not  be appreciated much with the helps that I offered to get the succeed of Research Week conducted and these mean that either the timing is not right or/ nor the responses that aims to be researchers are still poor or low rate.
