Physical Activity During MCO, CMCO and RMCO

Well... as far as COVID 19 is concerned, whole world is under modes of MCO, CMCO and RMCO especially my country Malaysia and I personally as part of it so the effect of COVID would definitely influence one's live in it like me ok.

As the result, in order to keep self- sufficient in daily activities (WFH) or keep self healthy and fit to "build anti- body" in fighting viruses so since 13/8/2020, I was making myself with the habits of habitually physical activity at home with one mechanism named as Elliptical.

Elliptical is mechanical that mainly to build Cardiac muscle strength as well as muscle endurance and it is making a person becomes strong in blood circulating to the person's whole body (Upper and lower extremities) and it had to be academical research to proven and that is why making myself to running one study  or research which called it as "Cyclic"  and since MCO of nationwide last year.

Resulted of Cyclic with brief talk here where, there were proven 10 points of benefits gained by all respondents of this study such as below:

1. Weight loss - it was not so huge result because my research's respondents without diet control.

2. Blood Pressure readings were improved huge results because average respondents BP level was from normal limited to normal or even excellence reading level - which is less than readings of 120/80.

3. Deep sleep duration became longer than before  pickup "Cyclic" - 3' to 4'

4. Discovery rate improved after the study.

5. Easier to get on bed and even earlier than usual practice before the cyclic.

6. Emotionally release because sweat a lot for an hour - Cyclic as far as physical activity concerned.

7. Fresh feeling and happy feelings after one session with favorite music played.

8. Strengthening hamstring and quadricep muscles after the cyclic one hourly and every day.

9. Affective domain improved because there was a group of physical activity crazy whom interact each other throughout online meet to have discussion or chit chatting.

10. Over 40, 000 steps consumed by one hour Cyclic and it was burning average 160Cal per session so  it was considered as active lifestyle of all respondents.

Last but not least, I would like to advice and encourage all frens should pick up any physical activities as long as making your self fit and healthy to face challenges in entire life and be responsible for own body and facing entire life with self happiness and self fitness profile ok.
