Fren, Retired from official duty but not really retired of a life, right? yeah yeah yeah. Look and observed  at my friend who retired from his office and at the moment of his retirement's welfare, he looked so tire and weak in physically by the age of 60 years old then and to him he had actually serviced to our government for around 36 years ago since then... Well, just to reminding - keep your self fit in order to enjoy your retirement for the rest of your time and try to be active physically as well as mentally so that you could captured meaningful retirement at the end of the day, right? Bye.

Fren, The concept of Slow and Steady , win the game was outdated and  could not be used anymore my friends, right? In this era of globalization, the trend is every thing must do it fast, fast and fast without really and seriously come to concern and consider about the implication of the act for future so what is the purpose of fast but failure all the time or the impact of it? Well, I still uphold to the slow and steady + full swing of effort at the moment and make sure the plan is implemented and consequences are minimum as possible and than celebrated it by heart ok my friends. 

Fren, Life is wonderful if you think it is and if you react on it with positive, progressive and consistently but of course you have to have very clear mind set and clear life objective/s along the way to face what is life to yourself and not others okay?  Life is wonderful if everybody knows their own roles and practices in their daily activities and in order to feel good and react good will or deed perhaps they do not try to be funny with others life or mind your own life okay? ha ha ha 

Fren, Simbolik untuk menyeru orang ramai khasnya penghuni - penghuni dalam sesuatu organisasi  supaya menjaga kesihatan diri dan turut  menyihatkan badan diri khususnya iaitu melalui jalan kaki. Jom Jalan Kaki ooi! Ianya hanya setakat suatu gerakan melangkah demi selangkah ke hala depan dan membawa badan turut ke arah depan , sebegitulah lokomotor seterusnya dan  senaman ini yang bergelar Jalan Kaki namun kena ada suatu jarak berjalan supaya berpeluh ok. Program Jom Jalan Kaki cuma tanda untuk membangkit kesedaran swemua pihak tak kira bangsa, agama, jantina mahupun umur selagi nak hidup sihat Jom Jalan kaki ooi.

Fren, Terkandas maksudnya gagal dilakukan tanpa disengajakan, di luar dogaan atau dogaan mahupun di luar kehendak diri namun kalau kerja yang dipertanggungjawabkan itu tak dibuat dan sengaja tak nak ikut atau tak nak buat eloknya oleh Si Polan--- terkandas, boleh tak terkandas ini dibolehpakaikan tak fren? Terkandas, perkataan yang sesuai digunapakai setelah berusaha bersungguh- sungguh namun tak menjadi akhirnya maka terkandas le namanya. Yeah yeah yeah. Tak paham tak paham dan tak paham tak ape le.

Fren, Study, study should be fun and relax because now a day, there are many mode of studies like - full time, part time, e- learning or Out campus as well but actually it turned to be no joke at all now Why? and what happened? it is because man is the one who puts in or added in more and more hurdles to the whole process of study or learning. Perhaps, I would like to ask, what actually is the outcome or end result of one's study? Well, who could answer this question or doubtful phenomena now a day? Certificate sake or knowledge sake or money sake  and what...? Oop wrong number my fren.

Well, fren, As far as year 2014, this October is just passed few days  ago  and  to me, personally I feel that it is still brand new to me for every single day of October or coming days and I am working out all the best to strike for one day's event okay! Just do it and without limited yourself in the norm ok? Fren, we are actually living for every single day only and does it sounds "sad" or "negative" to you, my friend? However, let see and think about it ok? You see, we are actually do not know what will happen to us for next moment so how to know that we have tomorrow to come yeah...and that's why let us do the right thing and do things right for every day and every moment while still alive with our love one or whole community ok my fren?
