The Power of A Paradigm Shift

The term of paradigm shift was introduced by Thomas Kuhn in his highly influential landmark book, The Structure of Scientific Revolutions. Kuhn showed the breakthrough in the field of scientific endeavor is first with tradition, with the old ways of thinking, with old paradigms.

Seeing and Being

Paradigm are inseparable from character. Being is seeing in the human dimension. And what we see is highly interrelated to what we are.

The Principle – Centered Paradigm

Principles are like lighthouse. They are natural laws that cannot be broken. Examples:

1. Fairness , out of it which our whole concept of equity and justice is developed.

2. Integrity and honest. They create the foundation of trust which is essential to cooperation and long –term personal and interpersonal growth.

3. Human dignity – truth to be self- evident: all men created equal and endowed by Creator

4. Quality or excellence

5. Potential – which highly related to potential is the principle of growth.

Principles are the territory. Values are maps. Principles are guidelines for human conduct that are proven to have enduring, permanent value.

Fren, Orang yang suka menyusahkan orang lain, pernah dengar? Ada kan jenis orang macam ini? Atau tak pernah jumpa dan tak tahu? Baguuus  kalu tak pernah jumpa ok!
