Rupa bentuk badan run out of shape ? ! It is mainly 3 factors like: Lifestyle change 280 degree or 360 degree; Food consumption never reduce like before (younger time) or Lacking of balance between nutrient and load of exercises daily, weekly or monthly? ha ha ha.
Most of the time we as human being, we know the Why? but when come to plan, practice or maintence the planned programme, we are tendency to "prihatin" to self escaptisme reasons, well very common right? That's Why....
My point of view is about the creation of culture of sports among adult, children and even elderly citizen in order to reduce the expenditure on medical care as over all nationwide. How? It should start with very very individual with just walk around (housing area, garden, stadium or wherever lah) by rutine of 20 minutes single day, (it is a "must") then it is called "prihatin" to self health or shape ok? Then let see ...
