Graduate's Self-employability

What is it? If wee look at it with macroeconomic perspective, it would be quite heavy because as far as macro economic is concerned, it is actually or totally out of control as an individual who might contributed to the nation build and nation peaceful life. So as the result of it, the four dimensions that we mention earlier about 4 dimensions that could measure one's self- employability especially as IPTA graduate.

First dimension of the measurement tool is about Emplyment circumstances/learning which comprised awareness of one's on their particular field of employment or self qualifications as well as the potentially self life long leraning process after their fromal education experiences and with the questions like: 1. did the one's graduate fulfilled the basis employment qualification well, either degree or diploma or even higher tertiary qualification needed by their field or jobs; 2. Being employed with full paid and looking for better one or status quo; 3. still in the process or workout to pertain job actively; 4. employed but part time based?or 5. Freelance as well as self employed with the entrepreneurship skills learnt; 6. Self alertness on how comparative aspect of work and self performance during employed; 7. Self developed clerare sense of direction that may guide one's in an organization; 8. Positive looking at present employment as good oppotunity for future sense ; 9. Willingness to take up challenges by working extra then the ordinary descriptive of job; 10. Capability to make changes in own communities; 11. Searching for betterment from time to time; and 12. Keenness to attending concerned courses without been asked by others.

With the comprhensive dimension would get or gain perception of one's graduate in how competence or self emplyment circumstances or even further improvement on self in order to face the "turbulances" or uncertainty of present situation of whole nationwide.
