I realized that there are people whom make a damaging decision on other people's hard work and yet  they felt good and proud of him/her self! Silly MAN.

Recently, the academic journal that I fully in-charge and full swing my self effort since 12 years ago was heavily criticized and even was tarnished it by being dropped  out of the list of recognition which was gained 8/20 total marks. Embargo...hi hih hi.

I accepted the failure with open minded because I really know what was exactly happened to it but in reality, I think there will be many people follow it to suffer because of the evaluation and the outcome of dropping out. Why?

First and foremost, this journal is the only journal that could be "used" to help out other people to get through their confirmation, their viva chances and the passing ticket for those post graduates students or even the academic staffs for their certain purposes so when it is not recognized then what would happen to them? God knows ok. I could not help anymore fren.

Secondly, the evaluator of journals was young and new so she was so proudly to turn down someone huge effort without seriously considered on how that journal could survive for passed 11 years with limited resources right from helpers in the very beginning until it was published and this is the part that I would elaborate further as far as this write out is concerned.

Well... bear in mind ... this journal was started by only editor in chief alone (Started since 2011) to go through the whole processes like - acceptance, send for reviewing (looking for 2 peers reviewers), send back to author to make amendment, formatting the manuscripts, send the appreciation letters, send for publisher to publish, get ready soft copy for on line publication without proper helpers at all and some more no allocation at all to do it from very  beginning as far as journal publication was concerned - there was no credit given or recognition at all but just because of passion and responsibilities ... this "stupid editor in chief"  worked on and make it 12 years surviving. By that time, actually there were committees members but all mostly "Silent" members ok and who knows ?... God and me knew it only lor.

However, I did not demy that once also I gained a very good helper (big short) - she is a full Professor and she really helped the journal to "Sail" on  but noe or recently no more helps because ....well... thank you so much, I really appreciated her helps and she is for ever in my mind.

Moral of the story -1)  do not simply queries people loyalty and please do not try to kill off the people that is not "same kind" with you without appreciating. 2) do not simply killed off people effort without investigate the background or  at least give a call and talk it over when you be the person in- charge and do not show "power" by stupidity or self ego ok.
