MCO and CMCO - personal fitness observation results:

While I set up one new programme named as "Cyclon" which is cycling for one hour as one session of physical activity. This is because MCO could not practice my APecR outdoor so indoor with mechanical cycle.

Sleeping duration - 6.5 hours daily after programme.
