Work hard but not work smart

Today, many people or majority of them would said that a person must work smart instead of work hard yeah... sound liked correct and appropriate? Well, work smart? Would you please define it operationally and not just said it for the sake of own opinion but it should come with mechanism of it where else, work hard mean simple as work towards to get the work/s done or complete the mission at the end of a day.

Work hard means there is nothing come free, there is nothing come easy or there is no way to take advantages on other to achieve own objective instead of workout  with self own afford and sweat as well okay! Work for the betterment with learning process and also accumulative of time as experiences are concerned.

Work hard and not work smart unless there is an operational definition on what is work smart - if some one said, work smart is work with the help of electronic (PC, internet etc)  then that actually means work with helping by gadgets or electronic devices in this case and the full meaning of work smart is not sounded and then totally forgotten what is work hard. Pity or not with this type of mentality? Yeah Bye

Fren, Orang yang suka menyusahkan orang lain, pernah dengar? Ada kan jenis orang macam ini? Atau tak pernah jumpa dan tak tahu? Baguuus  kalu tak pernah jumpa ok! Kalu nak menyusahkan orang lain itu sebenar amat senang sekali tapi kalu nak betul- betul tolong dan bantu  orang secara ikhlas adalah amat payah dan amat tak sudi oleh orang- orang macam itu Yeh ok.
