Certificate with or without knowledge

Fren, Certificate is something like paper qualification to certify what you know (knowledge learned) or generally is certify what you had learnt in the process of obtaining your field of studies (when graduated), right?  At the end of one study's journey, the person should fully equipped the knowledge of his/hers area of study (by right) but if the person did not show positive attitudes even on his/hers own field, then who else could be blame? My fren. My intention here is to remind that once you are in the area or field of expertise, you must show your capabilities and abilities in holding up to "par" of general perception on you and this is what I meant Certificate with knowledge or else you are a person with certificate without knowledge- what a shame of you yeah yeah yeah.

Kerja dengan Rela

Fren, Kerja, setakat kerja ni ? Tak adalah jawabannya namun sebenarnya I anggap kerja saya ini adalah kareer saya di mana ada macam- macam peristiwa manis, pahit, masin, tawar mahupun pedas berlaku sepanjang hayat kareer saya ini ok? Justerunya,  kaedah yang saya pakai  ialah Kerja ini harus dengan hati yang rela dan ikhlas. Rela? bukan rela itu yang saya maksudkan tapi rela suka serta seronok kerana suka dan sayang kepada bidang tugas kerja buat selama ini ok fren. Maka hati baharlah senang dan semangat atau "Oum" datang kembali  gila-gila ok. Cukup sampai di sini sayang...

Team Building or Themes Buildings

Fren, Very "glad" to say that when after one team building programme over, there was no team built up at all actually but there just were plenty of themes built : One is not fit for that; another one is not qualify for this and that; one has no integrity or being query about it; some been queries for no subject for them etc. At the end of the day, what is the main purpose of having team building and there is no "sincerity" and there no "trust" or not even understanding among staffs happened in between and within among members of an organization? Yeah yeah yeah and well... sad story, isn't it ? and 'Sad' to advice the organization , please use the money for other purpose rather than organizing "Team Building Programme" - waste of money and afford or time man...No outcome and the so call outcome is not beneficial anyone at all but certain Theme ok.
